Our space is calm, cozy, and designed to help you step away from the stresses of everyday life. We're here to support you every step of the way. If you're unsure, feel free to ask. We're always happy to help you choose and answer any questions you have.
Your first class is free. There's no pressure, no expectations.
If you’re new to yoga or returning after some time away, we recommend starting with Yin or Gentle Yoga. It’s a slower, more relaxed class focused on gentle stretching and stillness. It's perfect for getting comfortable in the space and in your body.

We'll get you to sign a waiver and give you a tour of the studio and change room.
