9D Breathwork is designed to address the growing mental health challenges faced by children and adolescents. The program integrates breathwork with sound healing, guided visualization, and neuro-linguistic programming (NLP) to create a multi-dimensional, immersive experience that promotes emotional and psychological resilience.
Parents may attend with child for a portion of the session.

For those ready to move beyond victim hood, comfort-zone living, and the old conditioned stories.
You are not here to become enough. You are here to know you are enough.
