Yin Yoga is a quiet and simple practice, although slightly challenging. It targets your deepest tissues of the body - your connective tissues including tendons, ligaments, and fascia. Each pose is held for 3-5 minutes to increase flexibility, improve joint mobility, and promote relaxation.

Lunch Yin is a short 30-minute floor-based practice designed to reduce midday stress and release deep connective tissues (fascia). It typically involves holding passive poses for 2 -3 minutes, focusing on hips, back, and shoulders to improve joint mobility and mental calm. It is perfect for a quick, restorative break.

Gentle yoga is a slow-paced, low-impact style of yoga focusing on relaxation, mindful movement, and breath awareness, using props like blocks and blankets to support comfortable, accessible poses for all levels, especially beginners, seniors, or those recovering from injury, making it ideal for stress relief and improving flexibility without strain. Poses may be floor based or standing.

Chair yoga is a modified yoga practice using a chair for support, making traditional poses accessible for those with limited mobility, balance issues, or anyone needing a gentle, low-impact workout, offering benefits like improved flexibility, strength, balance, and stress relief, even for desk workers or seniors.
Poses are adapted to be seated or standing while holding the chair, incorporating twists, bends, and stretches without needing to get on the floor, enhancing strength, circulation, and mindfulness.

Gentle Flow Yoga is a slow, mindful style that links simple yoga poses together at a relaxed pace, guided by deep breathing to promote relaxation, flexibility, and stress relief, making it accessible for anyone needing a softer, nurturing practice with less intensity than a typical Warm or Hot Flow class. It focuses on controlled movements, deeper stretches, and a strong mind-body connection through breath awareness, using seated, reclined, and foundational poses to release tension. A great way to start the day!

Yin & Yang Yoga is a balanced practice blending the dynamic, strengthening movements of Yang Yoga (like Vinyasa) with the slow, deep, passive stretches of Yin Yoga while creating harmony between effort/ease, heat/cool, and activity/rest, working both muscles (Yang) and deep connective tissues (Yin) for improved flexibility, focus, and relaxation.

More dynamic, moderate intensity
Warm Flow Yoga is a dynamic, vinyasa-style practice performed in a heated room, designed to synchronize breath with movement. It enhances flexibility, deepens stretches, and increases cardiovascular endurance through a moderate, sweat-inducing heat, acting as a accessible alternative to a more intense hot yoga class.
Temperature: approximately 30C - 32C

This is a great intro class to faster paced classes. A class that combines movement and breath to flow through postures. Using the increased temperature to help our bodies create heat, this class is a great physical workout as well as other benefits to your body.
This class may be more challenging as it is faster paced, although modifications will be offered and alignment is still a focus.

Mat 1 - Beginner Pilates
Pilates aims to improve posture, balance, and overall physical well being.
Your body will be guided with your breath through adaptable and challenging movements that emphasize core strength, flexibility and body awareness.

Hot Flow yoga combines dynamic, breath-synchronized movements (vinyasa) in a heated room, creating an intense, sweat-inducing practice that builds strength, flexibility, and stamina through flowing sequences like Sun Salutations.
Expect continuous transitions between poses, linking breath to movement for an energetic and immersive experience that can be challenging.

Rocket yoga will challenge you with fast flowing, constant movement and deep breathing. This class will help take your yoga practice to the next level as it follows a set sequence, focusing on arm balances, inversions, and intermediate poses.
